The Sioux Falls Lions Clubs partners with Falls Community Health to provide low‑cost or no‑cost eye exams for eligible Sioux Falls adult residents.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a Lions‑supported eye exam through this program, an adult person must:
- Live in Sioux Falls
- Have no insurance (no Medicaid, no Medicare, no ACA/Exchange coverage)
How the Program Works
- Walk into Falls Community Health during business hours to fill out an application.
- Applications must be completed in person.
- If approved, eye exams are scheduled 1:00–4:00 PM on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.
- If the exam determines that eyeglasses are needed, you will get a voucher for $20.00 eyeglasses from Sioux Falls Family Vision.
